Proficient in Arabic, English, French, and Chinese, he holds degrees in international economics, international relations, and a doctorate. As Chairman of the Council of Arab Ambassadors to China since 2013, Mr. Abdullah leverages his extensive network and resources in the energy sector. He consults on numerous projects in the Sohar Trade Zone and large enterprises, providing personalized trade services and connecting global energy suppliers.
With a background in civil engineering and business management, Mr. Mohammed Moinuddin is a Bangladeshi professional experienced in construction and procurement operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources. Mr. Mohammed Moinuddin worked as Civil Engineer with Mohammed Sharif Bin Mohd Al-Bakri Trad & Contracting, Abu Ibrahim Al Ajmi Trad & Contracting, and Adwah Manqal Trad & Contracting. He later served as Procurement Executive Manager at Qubtan Sinaw Trad & Contracting LLC and Moin Global LLC, overseeing procurement strategy and vendor coordination.
